Food for Senior Citizens​

Bridging the Gaps Community & Family Development Centers has partnered with Focus Hope to provide a monthly food box to seniors ages 60 and older. Due to the structure of the program, you must register at our Southgate office to receive a food box. Registration is not available online.  A copy of your Driver's License or State-Issued ID is required.

The delivery date will be every 2nd Monday of each month starting Monday, November 14th at 2 pm for all registered seniors.
